Order Terms and Conditions 

All custom cake order deposits are non refundable.

All payments for holiday orders, last minute cakes are non refundable. Please ensure all details before placing your order.

We cannot guarantee an exact replica of any cake or cupcake, but will try to come as close as possible.

ALL REFUNDS ARE GIVEN as a credit towards a future order.  If you are unsatisfied with your product due to flavor, we require you to return at least 3/4 of the original product received within 24 hours of pick up. 

Due to the tedious, handcrafted nature of our products, we are unable to provide refunds or exchanges on custom orders.

Once you or a designated party has picked up an order, it is considered accepted. We will ask, at pick-up, to make sure that everything is correct such as color, design, spelling, etc. Refunds requested due to decorating style, writing, color or general design will not be honored after the order has been accepted. Design alterations at pick up are subject to an additional charge and are only possible at the discretion of management and availability.

All products are the responsibility of the customer once it leaves the shop. We are not responsible for any damage that occurs during transport, set up, or anytime thereafter. Please refer to our cake care section

We understand things happen and illnesses occur. In the event a cake order needs to be cancelled we can provide a full credit of the deposit paid as a credit towards a future order if we have not started on any part of the cake. We sometimes start working on cake orders days in advance. Such as an sculpted elements. This credit will be managers discretion only and is not guaranteed. If we have already started on your cake order and you need to cancel you will forfeit your deposit amount paid.

Please check current store hours before arriving for your pickup. We are not responsible for any pickups missed outside of business hours.

Holiday Orders

Please check current holiday hours and pickup days and times as our store hours may change. When placing an order online you understand and have agreed to the pickup terms.

Weddings

If cancellation of an order takes place we reserve the right to retain your non-refundable 50% deposit. If cancellation takes place less than 30 days before the event, we reserve the right to seek 100% of the order value.
